After spending much of my career in corporate healthcare successfully leading teams and delivering exceptional results I wanted to build my own business where I could really make a difference. I’ve seen and experienced first hand just how challenging and rewarding working in the healthcare industry can be and now it’s time for me to give something back.

I want to share my knowledge and expertise to help people we work with feel confident in their own ability and competent in their roles. I’m passionate about helping businesses and people grow and so that’s why I put 22 together – to help as many as people as we can to reach their full potential in work and in life.
